so how does it feel not bowling for a week? national day and mock exams. argh! haha. that's why melly, nich, kenneth, michelle and i went bowling on our own at hoougang superbowl! at least we'll not lose touch on our skills and muscle memory. haha.

anyways, next week's trainings are at marina south ya. dont forget people.

Dear J1s,

i bet all of you have heard what uncle danny said this afternoon during training. i dint expect it either, but i think it's a really good wake-up call to all those who treat bowling as just any other CCA which you joined as part of JC life. We are not just another CCA people! We are a team of bowlers who are dedicated to the sport. isn't it so??!

as uncle danny have said, team bonding/spirit is really really important for any team! it either makes or break a team. we all were witnesses to uncle danny's passion for bowling and his desire to churn out champion bowlers out of ordinary ones today. his stern talk to us shows how much he bothers for the team. but whether he can succeed or not is another story. his success depends on us. in fact, our individual success depends on ourselves! contrary to popular belief, bowling is NOT an individual sport. it is actually a TEAM game. so we must really believe in ourselves and work hard not only for ourselves, but for the team and the coach. CAN WE DO THAT PEOPLE?

in saying all this, i'm pushing forward the idea of having dinner together after every friday's training, starting from the next training on friday onwards. those who are willing and able to go, please write ur name in the comments page. i hope you guys will think twice before saying no. thank you.
